The Arbuthnott Family Association
The Association was created in 1975 by the head of the family, the Rt Hon the Viscount of Arbuthnott, KT, CBE, DSC, FRSE. It seeks to be helpful to members of the Arbuthnott and Arbuthnot families, both of which are believed to come from the village of Arbuthnott in Kincardineshire, Scotland in which the Chief of the family has lived since ca.1195.

The Hays of Glenbuchat
Contains what the author knows about Glenbuchat and his father's ancestors in Scotland. Ever since the seventeenth century they lived continuously at a small "fermtoune" or "clachan" called Upperton in the Parish of Glenbuchat (later called Glenbucket and then back to Glenbuchat), Aberdeenshire.
