Dundee HSFP RFC The fledgling 'High School Football Club' was born into a very healthy Tayside rugby environment alongside teams now long consigned to history such as Abertay, Red Cross, Cliftonbank, Arbroath Fiery Cross, Forfar Rob Roy, Dundee Rangers and Dundee Swifts. Hamilton Rugby Club On June 29th 1927 a birth occurred. At a meeting of Dalziel HSFP it was proposed to form a new rugby club with the prime intent of providing opposition. Thus Hamilton Academy FP rugby club came into being.
